Friday - day 5

If the shrooms are big enough 0,45 meter MFD on a 50 mm lens does not have to be limiting

A7ii + Minolta MD 50/2

This one was taken a bit further away than MFD
You can see the April Foolishness 2023 exhibition here Another great show of the talent we have on Dyxum

So, yes, was it a Dyxum Micro Meeting, Phil? We never discussed that. Anyway, here's my shot of the Blavatnik, the wedding cake dropped on the other side of Oxford.

Blavatnik reflections
Date Taken: 2021-12-17 13:31:24 | Camera Model: DSLR-A100 | Focal Length: 50 mm | Mode: Program AE | Aperture: f/9.0 | Exposure Time: 0.006 sec (1/160) | ISO: 100 | 35mm Equivalent: 75 mm

My ancient A100 was playing up today, so I'm glad a number of shots came out OK, even if the colour balance was odd at times.

Day 5

FED 5c with Jupiter 8 50/2
UltraFine Xtreme accidentally exposed at 400

20211217 UltraFine Xtreme 100 at 400 - FED 5c - Jupiter 8 50_2 - XTOL 1+1 10m continuous 009 by , on Flickr

I went for Soviet equipment today. The Jupiter 8 is sharp when shot on digital, but needs adjustment for rangefinder focus. The FED 5c also has a sticky shutter (noticeable on left). The camera was labelled TX400 but the actual film was 100 speed UltraFine Xtreme.

Another grey day. I have always been amazed at local councils pleading that they are short of money yet can waste it on stupid things. Here's an example. Slow painted on a footpath. The road, which has no markings, can be seen in the upper left corner. I have no idea why pedestrians need to go slow. This is along side Cromwell Avenue in Warrington.
