This thread is for posting your photos for Day 7 (December 19).


Rules:


- no talk please, we have the Talk Thread for this purpose,
- each member participating in Week 50 is allowed to post exactly one photo here
- shots must be taken on December 19 and must not be posted here earlier than Monday December 19. It's Pic-A-Day!
- a title, exif info, purpose and story of the shot, and (a short indication of) your challenge are all good extra info to provide and help others to comment
- if participants would like to show more photos: we have the Outtakes thread for this purpose
- please remember to start and update your mini-gallery in the Thumbnails thread thread

My final picture is, despite the appearance, is not black and white! It is a black plaque on a white background. It is on what is possibly Warrington's oldest buildings to mark where Oliver Cromwell lodged and wrote his news to Parliament during the second English Civil War.
