OK fellow Benelux dyxummers,

Antwerp can't beat that, so I will wait until enough time after Nijmegen so all the new lenses that get ordered have arrived. Probably early spring will be a better option to take pictures vs. December or so.

Hope I can make end November in Nijmegen, as "new toys for boys" always interest me.

You can see the April Foolishness 2023 exhibition here Another great show of the talent we have on Dyxum

Did Sony announce a 600/4?
It will be 10 November, not at the end of November. The rest of the information will follow Tuesday.

Maybe we should slowly start planning the Antwerp meeting, I haven't taken many serious shot after the last meeting.
How about March or April?

@ Grubeater,
Great idea. I'm willing to help.
Dirk made a suggestion when we met to also try and include the ghost town of Doel in our tour. If sufficient people would come by car this is manageble and give a lift to the ones who come by train. Let's get some reactions to that.

I'm open most weekends in March/April, except March 15/16 and April 20.

Antwerp would be fine for me. I live near Rotterdam, so it's not more than a 1 hour drive.

Prefer april over march though.

If anybody needs a ride from the Rotterdam area, i've got a Renault Espace, so plent of place.

Mmm Antwerp would be nice.

Just a remark on "Doel": It's a trip that can take a lot off time, just by driving and "organizing" (aka who goes with who and how to drive).

Antwerp on itself has some nice places, so I find it not usefull to add Doel.

According to my route planner it's 24 min by car and relatively easy from the central station/rooseveltplaats to reach if we take the Waaslandtunnel.
Agree there's plenty of good stuff we can do without driving somewhere else so we don't have to go there, but let's take a poll after we've got a date and a list of participants.

Doel is nice...

you have nice polder views and the harbor. And for the ultra zoom dudes you have Het Verdronken Land van Saeftinghe (birdies)

Like Alian say's the Doel area is nice to "wander around".
But if someone from Antwerp takes up the challenge of a "photo tour" then I would be very interested - I only know the city by night ;).

I planned a photoshoot for 08-03-08 at Doel (if the weather is not to bad).
I'm going with Leonbidon (Luc).
So if any of you would join us, be welcome and we will meet at Doel.

For the first BNLDMM (BelgianNetherlandsDyxumMemberMeetin;-)....
You can count me in somewhere in April or May.
