There are some appointments in July, In August I will be off on vacation
27th of Aug is not an option for me.

The following Sundays would be options for me: 16 July, 30 July, 6 August, 27 August.
Tuesdays and Wednesdays are generally no options for me.Some Mondays are available, as well as some Thursdays and some Fridays and some Saturdays

For me it's Sundays only,
In July 9 and 23 are still free and 27 August as well.

Currently most votes go to august 27 (5), with july 16 in 2nd place (4)

When no new votes show up it will be august 27, but I'll leave it open until after the weekend to see if the tally changes in favour of another date. Monday july 3 is decision time.

Thanks for the reminder Addy, yes it will be the 27th. I'm going to start a dedicated thread for subscription and detailed plans soon, but you can firmly book the date in your calendar.

Still working on an official guide to help us around there that day, not sure it will work but I know a fair bit as well, allthough my last actions as a volunteer there were in 1992, so my knowledge might be a bit rusty

So, a bump: any interest in a new Benelux-meeting somewhere in the Benelux?
