I took a job in NYC so I'll be up there soon (shuttling back and forth from Fla moving for the next few weeks) so I will join in.

If anyone has a housing contact, maybe Brooklyn, I'm looking, F/M/1/C/E, <$2000. thanks!

Welcome to NY! Good luck with the move.
Sorry, but I don't know anyone with housing contacts.

I am hoping to be in the Washington Area (Annandale, VA) during the w/c 22-26 May and was wondering if any Dyxumers might be available to meet up with...

I am most likely to be free in the early part of the week (23-24?) as I'm not quite sure what will be required for pick-up of the cells I'm bringing back later in the week and have no idea about flights at the present time.

I must stress that this is not a certain trip - I've had a lot of trips cancelled from under me in the last few months, but I'm hoping to be able to get to see something of the locale...

I'm also going to post up an individual thread which can be found here.

Let's bring this thread back to life! Anyone thinking of a spring 2018 Dyxum meet-up?

It's spring now!
Cherry Blossoms should be good in the DC area now.
I'm in Manhattan, don't have a car but arrangements can be made.

I'm going to be in Boston, May 21-23, roaming downtown and environs while my wife attends a nursing conference. We will take the week after going north as far as Prince Edward Island, before coming back to Boston via the coast of Maine.

If you're interested in a dinner meet or hangout, let me know. My travel schedule in the end of May is busy but I can make room (I'll be back from Seattle on the 22nd but I'm flying out to Vegas on the 30th).

Thanks for the offer! I'll send a private message and we can discuss if sometime is good for both of us.

My courier trips do tend to get cancelled at short notice, but as I've taken this one on at short notice, it might be more likely to happen!

at some point (likely 5 Dec) I'm due to pick up some cells in Montvale, NJ (about 20 miles north of Manhattan). They have yet to confirm any details with me, but I'm likely to be flying in on 1 Dec, so may be free for 2-4.

I will post more details when I know (possibly later today); would be happy to meet up if anyone is available.

It would be nice to get to see you again Bob J! Montvale is about 25 minutes from where I live by car so I could definitely make the trip

Well that sounds great! I will post up a proper thread once I have more details (hopefully today, but might have to wait until our 'travel team' get time on Monday.

Montvale is roughly an hour north of me so I may be able to make it.

I won't hear from our travel team before Monday now - I hope to have the choice of Sunday, Monday or Tuesday, worst case scenario is that they fly me out Monday and I just get a single day (Tuesday) before pickup sometime on Wednesday (so Wednesday morning could be OK).
