I'm thinking about organising another Big Cat weekend if anybody is interested. Possibilities are Santago/Cat Survival Trust in Herts and Wildlife Heritage Foundation in Kent.

Anybody interested? I'm thinking April/May.

Mark - yes, very interested, but mark me down as a maybe since finances may dictate otherwise by that time...

Cheers

I'm interested in both, particularly Santago. I am very busy during those months, so please mark me down as a maybe.

Hi All,

Ok, this is enough interest to start planning a trip I think. I definitely want to go to Santago at least once this year, so that would be my preference anyway. I will also find out about possible dates for Wildlife Heritage in Kent. There is an airfield very close by that sometimes has airshows. If at all possible, I'll try and get a date that coincides with flying display. Last time I was there, I manages to get a couple of shots of a B-17.

I'm flying out tomorrow evening to Australia and I won't be back until the 3rd of Feb. I'll try and get online while I'm away, but no guarantees, so if I don't respond, don't panic!

If people want to start considering dates for Santago, Sundays are more likely to be available than Saturdays.

Mark

Is anyone going to focus on imaging at the NEC?
Meeting up for a coffee would be a nice idea if people are going to be there anyway.

Thanks, guys. Think I'll sit this one out as I'm still stuck in the middle of nowhere. Literally. Went yesterday to one of the most famous waterfalls in the world - if you believe the website - Amicalola Falls in GA, US. Fine 'cept there's no water. Why on Earth do I choose to go to a waterfall during Georgia's most fierce drought of all time??

I ask you...!

(Probably 'cos there's little else to do...especially at 23F)

Unfortunately I have to teach photoshop classes on monday and tuesday evenings so it looks like sunday for me. I think you might get some good deals on the tuesday. Have fun.

Andrew

P.S. just because there is no sony there doesn't mean there wont be camera world / calumet etc selling sony stuff. And it doesn't matter what camera you have for filters, tripods, lens pens, camera rain coats etc.

Is it working something out for early Easter or something?! In the Midlands, on a weekend when 'others' can make it ;)

Lichfield sounds like a nice place.
