Congratulations, Martin!

I'll book the hotel for the Tuesday night and will visit the show earlier that day.

Notwithstanding times of arrival, it would be good to have a possible place for a meal on the Tuesday evening.

Did you book the Premier Inn? Travelodge Birmingham Central Newhall Street is quite a bit cheaper, I've stayed there before and it was fine.

Yes, I went for the one I mentioned above and the rate had gone up by £3 to £42. Gulp, I see the Travelodge is £26 ... Oh well, next time.

I'm booked in at the Travelodge, price nudged up here too as an impending dentist appointment stopped me booking straight away. It pays to get in quickly.
