Dear Dyxumers,
After just finishing counting all votes I am pleased to announce THE photo which won the "Foreground Bokeh" DPC:
This time the Honourable Mention award goes to: "Raveling Incognito" by Miwok 
... and ... "The Paw" by bms44974

Congratulations Svjetlana -- I could see where this was going a long time ago. I think you won by a huge margin -- perhaps even a record?
