I've just finished vote counting for this DPC and I am pleased to announce the winning photo:

PS a little bit of history... this pic was shot in a pediatric hospital in Tigray, Ethiopia. (Hewo Hospital)
You can see dr. Mazzoni repairing a cleft lip of a 3 months old baby for free.
I would like to thank him too for his valuable job in a difficult setting.

Great examples of 'At Work' from all of you - however, the additional background information to maricontis's image lifts it further and really does make it both an exceptional image and and exceptional piece of humanity on the part of the team we see in it.
