Dear Dyxumers,

After a long time of DPC-related inactivity I have agreat pelasure to announce the winner of the "Touch" DPC.

"Caring touch" by svjetlana

The Honourable Mention awards this time go to the following photos ...

"Generations" by onsplekkie

... and ...

"untouched but touched" by maricontis

Maybe the number of candiating photos was not the greatest we had but all were of a very high quality and so the rece for the prize was quite tough, with only one vote deciding between the winner and the runner-up.

So, congratulations to the winner and the HMs and thank you all for voting and participation in this DPC.

Happy shooting,
MiPr

All of the images were interesting observations of the Brief and approached it in many, diverse, ways - as we would expect by now!

It's a fabulous winner - the intensity of the faces on both subjects is revealing in the trust they have in each other and the quality of the image just speaks for itself.

The HM's are also fine images in themselves and both very different and inventive interpretations of the themes.

Well done all and here's to the next one!

Best regards, Neil.
