Thanks Stefano! It was taken during my holiday which we spent in our own country, due to covid. It fitted the DPC well. At least one positive thing for me from the covid period

it's a stunning pic, obv. the creation of new land ;), but what are we looking at? is it fire? serious lava? ??



Sorry for the late response. It was indeed lava and I took the picture on Hawaii in 2016 when a big lava stream was entering the ocean on Big Island.
