Dear Dyxumers,

How many times did it happen that you took excellent photo with high chances of winning a DPC and then suddenly it turs out that somebody else presented his/her killer shot which gets all the points leaving nothing for you? Thsi was one of such situations: almost all points got split among two photos leaving all the remaining shots looong behind.

It was really fascinating to count votes you casted in this DPC: which photo will win? Votes on page #1 favoured photo #1 and so did votes on page #2 although the difference was not huge. And then suddenly on page #3 everything changed. Photo #2 got a real boost of points, jumped to the first position, and did not give up the place even on page #4 (where it slightly lost again). Ehh, but who could resist those big blue eyes :

As usual the winner will get his own unique, beautiful, and shiny Golden Dyxum Patch.

This time the Honourable Mention goes to one photo only (because there was really only one runner-up):

Congratulations to the Great Two and thank you all for voting and participation in this DPC.

Happy shooting,
MiPr

Not a bit surprised, the winning photo immediately captured my attention and the runner-up did too!

Outstanding shots! I voted for both of these photos, and I think it really was a toss up between the two. Congrats to diagaz72 for winning this DPC.

Congratulations to both. I love the composition and feel of sue's shot in particular.

My spider shot was strangely less popular than these beauties

Well... THANK YOU!!! I'm so happy this morning! Wonderful surprise! I want to tell Sue that she deserves the first prize as well, her shot is so elegant, well composed.
