Victor: Last one is nice. It would be even better if you remove dark object from lower left corner and cropp out small building on the right side so that your main subject which is people are in main focus of the image. Isolated trees add the mood unlike street signs. If you want I can demonstrate what I think with your permission.
We also had lot of snow this winter so far.

I think that this one is free of "clutter" and therefore better.   
It can be titled: "Only trees, road signs and people able to stand in blowing snow".
