In the beginning of last week Southern Finland got plenty of new snow in a blizzard and for few days the scenery looked very nice...

1. Vanhankaupunginlahti

2. Snowy landscape

3. Lone tree in the reeds

4. Last light of the day

5. Tammisalo canal

6. Snow covered tree branch

Sure, but sadly you cannot control the weather: on the first outing (pictures 1-3) it was cloudly and even started to snow for a while, any sign of sun appeared only once I returned home (#4 is taken from my apartment balcony), the next day was much better, but eventually cloud cover thickened as the day progressed. After that that beautiful snow cover on trees did disappear, although on the ground there sure is still snow as the peak snow cover was over half meter high.
