Hello out there. I just recently acquired a cosmetically like new KM Maxxum 7D that (at the moment) does not have the dreaded "FFB" issue. Whether it was fixed for this problem or not I certainly can not say. Time will tell.

However, now I'm looking at getting a vertical grip "VC-7D" for this camera. Nothing to be found on Ebay except for some kook selling one out of Germany for 169.65 Euro dollars and a 50 Euro dollar shipping fee. Needless to say I would be surprised if he/she ever sells it at prices like that. I picked up My 7D for 150 U.S. dollars. Why would I pay that kind of money or more for a grip that should be priced well under 100 U.S. dollars IMHO? Sorry, but supply and demand only becomes highway robbery in this case.

Anyway, if there is anyone out there looking to sell a fully functioning grip that is in great cosmetic condition let me know. If the price is right I'll take it off your hands.

Regards,
Niko

See if this firm will ship to the USA .
I've had plenty off them over the years both mail order ( Pre-internet ) and online .
Either buy online or direct from their website .

Miffsuds for £50

Just noticed the battery door doesn't stay shut , but you could always add a velcro catch .

A good one from them for £99
