My second A-mount camera was the Dynax 600si, replacing my burgled 7000i. I still have that camera, although I have not used it since I belatedly jumped to digital.

My third A-mount camera was the Sony A300, bought when I could no longer buy Kodachrome, thus forcing me to go digital. The next generation of Alphas had just come out, but I preferred the slightly larger A300, especially with the vertical grip. My telephoto lenses suddenly got more interesting.

It was a long time between burglaries, but eventually the A300 went too, and for a while I used another system.

My fourth A-mount camera is the Sony A65, bought on a whim just to have something different to use.

My fifth A-mount camera was the Sony A77ii, bought when I need to return my A65, which I discovered wouldn't play nicely with my first SSM lens. I still have this camera but it is now neglected because I bought my latest A-mount camera, the Sony A99ii!

I've noticed that the numbering is out because I've remembered another A-mount film camera that I had before the 600si.

Put my hands on my first real A-mount camera today; just received an A68 used from amazon. 5.8k shutter actuations, like new body for 340. Trying to figure out some extra AF settings vs the A7ii to set it identically. Gonna be a backup for A7ii + LA-EA4 + Minolta lenses but I like the handling of it, sits right in the hand while with the A7 I had to get an L-plate.
