comment: | Great lens for an impressive range of telephoto shots, at a reasonable price. On digital SLR the cropped 35mm equivalent is an even more impressive 150mm to 600mm! Decent sharpness and image quality across its range. Feels well balanced in use. Could have been better with a collar tripod mount as a camera with this lens on it attached to a tripod or monopod is a bit front heavy. A zoom lock would also have been useful as the zoom creeps out under its own weight when slung on the shoulder. But the main things, the range and image quality are great. Nice bokeh. |
