comment: | This lens captures tiny subjects like no other. It's fast f2.8 allows shooting without a flash in most normal light situations and gives a good working distance for small subjects. Many reviewers say this lens serves double duty as a portrait lens. Although it can be used as such, this lens is so sharp, it reveals every hair folicle! If you're shooting portraits with this lens beware of the subject's vanity. Every flaw will be revealed. The 85/1.4 is more appropriate for portraits due to it's creamy effect. Say cheese! |
