comment: | This old lens is amazingly sharp. It's heavy but the weight doesn't really bother me. I would like to say that it produces beautiful, crisp colors but it's really hard to say whether those are due to this lens or the KM 7D. I've never been disappointed with the colors produces by this camera and all of my Minolta prime lenses. The only thing that bothers me with this lens is the focusing--slow and tends to hunt a lot with the 7D. But that's really no big deal as I always manual focus when shooting macros. When shooting non-macro stuff, remember to enable to focus limiter as it will help speed locking focus a bit. |
