positive:+Very sharp
+Quick AF
negative:+Bokeh can be plain ugly at ties
+Had issues with focus at 24mm, on the Dynax 7
+Focus ring not firmly set (movement w/o actually changing focus)
comment:Lovely lens to use, was perfectly matched with my Dynax 7 or 5. Didnt fancy it too much on APS-C, though i feel i rushed the decision in selling it and probably should have held onto it, its a very sharp lens. Stopped down to f/8~f/11 its excellent, will outresolve the sensors we have at the moment (12MP). Simply awesome on film for range and sharpness. It did flare but it was always well controlled... 'pretty flare' if you will ;). Focus quick and locked on well, apart from at 24mm at times. Bokeh could be very odd/harsh, circular aperture isnt going to help you there. Not minolta colours, but still quite good, with a nice contrast too. Sharp wide open.

And of course, as it a modern lens, you get all the nice touches that really make you love it (!). Non rotating front element, non rotating focus ring, D (ADI FLASH) lens, focus distance scale.

Team this up with a Sig 10-20 and i think you have an amazing set. Dont hesitate to get one if you come across it.
