positive:Compact lens
Very nice colors
Fairly sharp
negative:Bokeh not the best
comment:A very nice lens for standard use. Sharper than the kit lens, especially at the long end, with better local contrast. The KM 28-75/2.8 is clearly sharper wide open, but some may prefer the somewhat cooler colour rendition of the 24-85. In addition it has better range. Focusing is very fast and perfectly OK in ordinary use.

In small to medium-sized prints I doubt that one would see the sharpness difference to the KM 28-75.
