positive:Compact, pretty sharp, 36mm equiv. standard lens on APS sensor
negative:Max f2.8
comment:Wonderful FL for APS - lens is nice and compact with good colours and very well-behaved.

Internal focusing, sharp at f5.6 but really quite good wide open - just slightly soft in the corners at f2.8.

Full observed sharpness (centre/edge) as follows:
f2.8 centre=4(sharp)/edge=2.5(slightly soft), f4.0 4/3, f5.6 4/4, f8.0 4.5/3.5, f11 4/4.
