positive: | Very good color rendition, quite sharp from f.28, very sharp on f.5.6 and further, wonderful image creation also with remarkable 3D effects, well build, create very good pictures quality, G lens quality, flare in mine is not a problem. Goods for portraits and flash use. Mine example is not noisy working. Good working on A77 and A350. |
negative: | A bit heavy, strange and useless original lens hood, no Macro. Very rarely and difficult to find on Ebay, expensive. None more. |
comment: | Great lens, the best lens I have, and first G in my bag. Every photographer wish, if it could be found, don't think too long, take and try. |
