ownership:I own this lens
compared to:Sigma 28-80mm MACRO
price paid:
positive:relatively good build, manual macro 1:4, distance scale
negative:flare, rather soft on 10MP
comment:I've got it free with Dynax 7xi body, so tried to test it on A200. I think that it is not so bad and at least on film or 6MP body still useable. Coating and resolution is not up to date. From the other hand, it still deliver great colors and if you don't print really big pictures resolution is enough. Macro mode is only manual, but gives sharper pictures.
