comment:I own this lens for about 1 year.
I wanted to sell the lens because it never was sharp on my A700 and A200.
But sind two weeks i own a A900, and with it's Micro focusing adjustment this lens comes back to life.

I think the lens performs about the same as the Minolta 35mm F2 (my copy).
I love the colors of this lens, better than the Zeiss. But the Zeiss is slightly sharper.

Every time I think again: how can such a small lens doing it so well on a full frame camera compared to the big zeiss lens!

I absolutely love this lens.
If you can find one -> get it.
