positive:good build
beatiful natural colors
superb sharpness
good bokeh
tripod collar
lens hood
negative:very noticeable CA wide open
slow AF
Af hunts
comment:Theres a LOT of CA when using this lens wide open on the a100. Once you stop down to f5 the CA starts to go. good sharpness from wide open, very sharp stopped down a bit.The sharpness, clarity and color of the images using the a100 and iso 100 is unbelievable. Works very well with sss for distant subjects. Af is somewhat slow for moving subjects and there is also quite a bit of AF hunting on the a100. Have not shot it into the sun much yet to test the flare.
