price paid:$350
positive:Very well build, compare to the more modern version from Sony, for the price it is surprisingly sharp, actually it's mind-boggling sharp, fast and precise autofocus, good coloring, light but sturdy. I tried it on Sony A7 III, Sony A900, and Minolta Maxxum 5 with film.
negative:At f2 it's slightly soft, but again only if you are pixel-peeping. Small chromatic aberration, but nothing that cannot be easily corrected in Camera RAW.
comment:Anybody looking for a very good 35mm f2 at low cost without sacrificing quality this is a lens for you! In street photo, it's very discrete, fast, and precise.
