|comment:||Bought with my first AF minolta camera body, a 800si, to replace with my good old x700 during the 90's. I'm very enthusiastic about this lens and I always use it as my main lens to work with my Alpha 700 and 850! The main problem, is the flare, sometimes a true sore with any light in the field! Be care with APS-C sensors. You don't see in the viewfinder what is in the dead space of this lens originally designed for the 24x36 frame... So, if you can find it, buy it, it's a good deal but don't be too creative with the sun or any spotlight!|
