positive:Great sharpness and bokeh in a small package. Focus limiter is of great help.
negative:Slow focussing, but this is the nature of the lens. It's not meant for fast moving subjects.
comment:The most versatile Minolta lens in the 50mm range, other than macro, it can handle portraiture and street photography as well. A great macro performer (true 1:1). I use this lens more than my 50mm f1.4 because of its versatility.
