ownership:I own this lens
compared to:Beercan (70-210/4)
Big Beercan (75-300)
price paid:850USD (Used)
positive:Build quality
Fast 2.8 max aperture
Beautiful bokeh
Crisp colors
negative:Heavy!! (although expected)
Non-removable tripod collar
Lens hood makes taking lens cap on/off difficult
comment:I haven't had this lens for long, and I truly wish I had purchased it years ago - it is a fantastic lens! Colors and contrast are typical of the older Minolta line, and the bokeh just blows me away.
