Minolta 100-300 4.5-56 xi
Sony 70-300 G 4.5-5.6 SSM

Black make it inconspicuous
Classic minolta colours

negative:A tad heavy (goes with the territory)
comment:Superb lens. Nice, slealth-like ability due to its black colour. Though a tad on the noisy side when focusing, but awesomely accurate.

Better than the Beercan for its extra brightness (thanks to the 2.8) and much more useful in low-light situations. I've shot many concert with this lens and I'm always astounded at the results.

Great, classic minolta colours. Decent bokeh and built solidly. Not much more I'd want in a tele-zoom. Except maybe the HSM/SSM for quietness. Not worth the extra $1000 to me. :)
