comment:Probably my favorite focal length and this lens doesn't disappoint. At f/1.4 it shows some spherical aberration (dreamy look) which is to be expected or even desired for this kind of "portrait lens". As soon as it is stopped down it becomes a perfectly sharp prime. Focusing is reasonably quick and the lens is generally very pleasant to use due to its nice size and smooth operation. Certainly one of my favorites.
