comment:Probably my favorite lens of all time. I use it for walkaround because it is essentially foolproof. Bought from matsuiyastore in excellent condition for an excellent price, the lens makes me into a better photographer than I normally am. It has a limpid clarity that doesn't break into edge sharpness, and a soft Minolta color rendition that is almost edible. Stopped down, it delivers depth in a modulated way, but I just like it wide open because it seems to provide instant memories with the subject captured in a liquid environment.
