ownership:I own this lens
compared to:Tamron 24-135
Minolta 18-70
price paid:135 Euro (new)
positive:good range, sharp
negative:AF problems at 18 mm
Soft corners at 90 mm
comment:This lens is really sharp, when you get the focus spot on. But unfortunatelly you can't trust the AF on the wide end (below 50mm). I have this problems with the 7d and with the a700. For this I really can't recommend this lens.
