comment: | I got this when I didn't have much cash available for lenses. It looks and sounds like a dog but it performs really well. To be honest it gives my much more expensive 20mm f1.8 a run for its money in image quality. It is a great close up lens if you don't have a macro for static subjects. Mine didn't have a hood but have never noticed any flare issues with it. However, I've not really tried to push it to its limits. If you don't have a lot of cash then this lens is easily worth its modest price. |
