comment: | This lens is excellent for avaliable light shooting, and for anyone who wants the 45-50mm "Normal" range with a DSLR. DOF at f/1.4 is very shallow and it can be difficult to focus correctly - focus bracket! Build is IMO excellent - an all metal body which is very solid feeling, nice strong petal hood, and a positive if slightly "geary-feeling" manual focus ring. The quality of the padded softcase included is an extra bonus. |
