comment: | this is really a great lens for the money you see this lenses being sold for the prices currently mantiond on dyxum! if you see one for cheap just take your chanses. at f2.8 the images are great but you will see some ca. the depth of field is great aspecialy for this kind of money. it is around as big as the beercan and will be around the same sharpness at f4 as the beercan. the lens isn't as ruggetly build as the beercan but is actually pretty good for a sigma lens of this erra. i gave build a 4 because of the zoom creep this lens has and is quit anoying me sometimes. fun fact actualy: this lens will report in the exif data that this is an ''beercan'' (70-210mm f4) lens. it is actually quite strange to see that a picture is shot at f2.8 but the lens chip says it suports up to f4 ;) |
