negative:* Body isn't metal? :(
comment:I was somewhat hesitant in getting this lens at first, but it has become one of the most invaluable lenses in my collection. It's sturdy, easy to use and works perfectly in macro and 'standard' situations.

I have no bad words for this lens other than the focus ring doesn't sit fully tight - there is a little bit of give when focusing. Apart from this, insignificant as it is, I can't fault it. Unless you want the wide open 1.4 / 1.7 of the standard 50mm lenses, I would go with this hands down everytime.
