comment: | This is the most expensive lens I've ever owned, and it's worth it. The feel and build quality of the lens are great. No, it's not a metal body, and I don't care; it's very well built. It's heavy enough to help you hold it steady, but not so heavy that it needs a collar. The image quality is great. Very sharp all the time if you do your part, virtually no chromatic abberation; all the image quality one would expect from a G lens. I've gotten some very pleasing bokeh out of it, too. I love pulling this out of the bag. |
