comment: | My first "G" lens, purchased after wasting money on inferior 70-300 zooms. A very impressive lens, although not sure it rates the "G" moniker due to it's plastic, albeit quality, build. I eventually purchased both a 70-200 G & 70-400 G which rendered this lens pretty much redundant so I sold it. I do miss it's compactness and relatively light weight, though. Impressive colours and image quality, I have no hesitation in recommending this quality, mid-range zoom. |
