positive:- Lightweight and compact
- Sharpness acceptable @1.8, but really good @f2.8
negative:-All in plastic

Really pleasant for portraiture, specially my kids. I always have it in my bag.

The color is not exactly the colors we used to have with Minolta, but most of the time, I am using B&W with this lens, so not problem for me.

AF is a little bit noisy, so not suitable for video.

There is no hood, but the front lenses is far inside, so not really a problem
