ownership:I have experience with this lens
compared to:A 55-300mm f/4.5-5.6 using LA-EA2 adapter
price paid:rental
positive:Performs much better than the E 55-200mm zoom
Lens is stabilized
negative:Optical performance is no better than the older, much cheaper A-mount 55-300mm zoom
comment:Performance of this lens is a big step up from the E 55-200mm zoom. So, it really is the only good choice in native E-mount. However, it is not optically any better than the A-mount 55-300mm zoom. Part of the choice between the two lenses will be whether you want more zoom at the short end, or the long end. More significant advantages of the E 70-350mm are faster focus (native E-mount vs the adapter required for an A-mount SAM focused lens) and the fact that stabilization is built-in, allowing you to use any of A6xxx cameras.
