positive: | Power zoom mechanism, internal zoom and focusing, weight an size, nice sunstars, lots of controls, weather sealed, very sharp, usefull MFD |
negative: | Build rating = 4 because no OSS, flare control can be a problem (as with all wide-angle lenses actually), minor softness at the corners |
comment: | The lack of OSS is not a problem on the A7C and A6600. The most important advantage is the internal function of focusing and zoom in a compact body. The max. magnification of 0.23x leaves room for creativity. For me, the ideal WW-zoom for travel. Highly recommended for both FF and APS-C! |
