ownership:I own this lens
compared to:Canon 24-70 2.8 L USM ii, Sony GM 24-70 2.8 GM.
price paid:1000
positive:Sharp across the range wide open. AF speed. Sleek compact size. The 24mm fov omission doesn't bother me at all. Good value all around. Light weight. Bokeh above average for its class. Added functionality via usb port.
negative:Nothing really. Build should be 4.5, if it was all metal then 5. Build is solid, tight plastic, no wobbling in play. Nitpicking really.
comment:Amazing all rounder lens, I don't even miss my primes in that range anymore. Unless I really need to go to f1.4, which is seldom.
