comment: | No frills lens, cheap but solid. Mine reports as 18 mm in the wide end. Works with full frame/film although haven't tried with either. Got this as a replacement for the kit lenses and used fairly extensively at that time. Barrel distortion at the wide end is significant and color reproduction is not very impressive, but my copy is pleasingly sharp throughout the aperture range. |
