comment:Cheap and chearful lens! The first telephoto lens that i bought for 100€ and boy, what a lens for that kind of money.

Constantly sharp, this lightweight lens delivers excelent image quality, especially compared to its main rival, the Sigma 70-300 APO. AF is spot on, although noisy and slow (equal to the Sigma).

Its build quality is the main downside, being all plastic (including the mount). However, my unit has seen some rough conditions, without any fault or problem.

For a lightweight travel kit, this lens is an excelent choice for any Alpha user. Highly recommended!
