ownership:I own this lens
compared to:Sigma 50-200 HSM, Minolta 70-210 beercan, Tamron 70-200 f2,8, Sigma 50-150 f2,8
price paid:350SEK (appr 40EUR)
positive:Sharpness,weight, fast and accurate AF
negative:Max aperture 5,6 in tele. A bit loud AF.
comment:This is the absolutely best lens I have ever used considering it's price. It falls a bit short to the Tamron 70-200 in sharpness, same compared to the Sigma 50-150, but not by much. There is no way getting around that the max aperture is quite slow, but except for that, there are very few shortcomings to it.
