positive:+ 600 mm at long end
+ Good image quality
+ Fast and silent autofocus
negative:- Needs good lighting conditions
- Quite heavy
- Minimum focus distance could be shorter
- In the standard position the tripod collar comes quite near the vertical grip
comment:Very nice lens for birding. Can be used hand-held, although it is certainly useful to use some sort of support for extra stability.
