comment:I ordered this lens off Ebay after reading some reviews on here. The one I received was in perfect condition. It even had the original plastic wrapping inside. When I first tried it, I thought it gave perfect shots. When I examined some shots I took at 2.8, however, I discovered the camera was backfocusing. I tried it on my 5D, a 7D, and an Alpha. On all three I had the same results. I sent it to Tokina hoping it was something they could repair. They told me this lens was designed for 35mm film cameras only, and it was not supported for digital use. As such, there was nothing they could do. It worked perfectly on my 800si, but I really don't shoot film much anymore. Otherwise this lens would have been a keeper.
