| comment: | I have the Canon RF version of this lens. Therefore, I cannot comment on the autofocus. But this is a good lens. I think the Sony version is ever so slightly sharper, but the Viltrox rendering is a little nicer. All in all, I think there is little between these two lenses IQ-wise. But the size difference is noticeable and I prefer the Sony. Two remarks: My Canon EOS R is 30mp - 36mp seemed the closest. You cannot buy the Canon version anymore as Canon told Viltrox they couldn't sell AF RF-mount lenses. |

| comment: | Objektiv je špičkový, perfektně pracuje v AF, rychle, kvalitně. Pro Full Frame tělo A7III je ideální portrétní objektiv. Proti konkurenci mnohem rychlejší ostření a kvalita ostrosti. |

| comment: | Nice lens, haven't tested it to its full extent, but I like it already. Edit december 2024: I do really like the sharpness and the clear view when focusing. I never had any issue with the focusing on my 4 camera's I have been using this lens on. Actually, this lens made me consider to buy more lenses of Viltrox (16mm f1,8, 24mm f1,8). |
